  • If a live session isn’t scheduled in a billing cycle, support may be provided through asynchronous coaching

  • Asynchronous support is designed to replace unused live sessions

  • A flexible rhythm that fits real life: meetings, travel, long days, stress seasons

  • Client portal access (membership site) for active clients: tools, prompts, and resources between touchpoints

1) Nutrition Clarity Call
We get clear on your goals, your schedule realities, and what’s been blocking consistency without judgment or extremes.

2) Foundation + Strategy
We build a plan that fits your actual week: meal rhythm, protein structure, grocery shortcuts, restaurant/travel strategy, and 1–2 habits that create momentum.

3) Monthly Coaching Rhythm
Each month includes up to 4 live sessions, scheduled flexibly within the billing cycle.
If a live session isn’t scheduled, support may be delivered through asynchronous coaching, which is intended to replace—not supplement—unused live sessions.

4) Review + Adjust
We track what’s working, troubleshoot what isn’t, and refine your habits so your progress holds through busy seasons.

Yes, that’s literally the point. We build a rhythm that survives your real life.

Is this medical nutrition therapy?
No. Nutrition coaching supports general wellness and behavior change and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have medical needs, we’ll coordinate your approach with guidance from your healthcare provider.
